In this document, "we" and "Soteria" refer to the whole social platform of Soteria (which includes any services it provides, including the API, Website, and CDN) and its core team, which currently is the members of the Soteria Codeberg organization.

You agree to the terms in this document when you register an account with Soteria.

We believe in providing, to the best of our ability, a platform where everyone is able to feel comfortable and secure. Through this mission, we uphold a few rules.

Soteria is a 13 years and over platform. In accordance with this rule, explicit, or "18+" content is not allowed.

Discrimination, unwarranted hate, bullying, dogpiling, brigading, malicious disruption, and excessive drama are not welcome on Soteria.

Abuse of Soteria and its services are also prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, spam, malicious automation or "bots", or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.

Illegal content is not allowed on Soteria. We know this rule is a little vague due to differences in national laws, but this includes, but is not limited to, any German/EU cyber laws (since Soteria is hosted in Germany) which includes crimes like scamming, piracy, phishing, child sex abuse material, and others.

These terms are not absolute. We reserve the right to terminate or regulate any Soteria account or Soteria service at our discretion.
